Ingredienten:
– 300g bosvruchten (uit diepvries)
– 3 cups proteine poeder
– 300ml water (of melk)
– 2el kwark of yoghurt
Bereiding:
1) Doe de bosvruchten, proteine poeder, water (of melk) en kwark (of yoghurt) in een blender.
2) Shake 1 minuut, schenk in een groot glas.
Klaar. Drink smakelijk!

Duration: 3 minutes to make
Ingredients:
– 2 hands of mango cubes
– 100ml of water
– 100ml cottage cheese
– 1 tsp cardamom
Preparation:
1) Put the forest fruits, protein powder, water (or milk) and quark (or yogurt) in a blender.
2) Shake for 1 minute, pour into a tall glass.
Finished. Enjoy your meal!
